Health Safety & Environment Policy Performance Statement

Our company will act to positively promote & influence the safety, health & environmental protection performance of all of our employees and any subcontractors working for our companies. It is our objective to eliminate where possible:

1. All employee and contractor employee injuries.

2. Damage to property.

3. Exposure to excessive levels of on-the-job health hazards.

4. Environmental hazards associated with the work we do.

At the same time we will act to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements associated with our work.

We will do this by establishing policies & procedures for our employees and contractors to follow while performing their work activities. As a part of these policies we will define the safety roles and responsibilities of every affected employee in our organization. As policies and procedures are established or modified we will continue to provide instruction to all affected employees and contractors.

Finally we will monitor our performance and work on detecting deficiencies that limit our abilities to achieve our objectives. Once deficiencies are identified, we will expeditiously work to effectively correct the problems.
